Parts orders are shipped via FedEx (by SF-Express in mainland) from our company. Orders submitted by 5:00 p.m. BJT are typically processed that business day, but are not guaranteed. Orders submitted after that time will be processed the next business day.

In general, international parts orders are shipped via Shipping Agent from our company. Requests for shipping via other carriers can be accommodated, but may incur additional handling fees.

In some instances, your order may contain a backordered item. In this instance we split your order into multiple shipments.

Hozung makes every effort to deliver goods within our published timescale's, however delays are occasionally inevitable, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.
